Residential
$3 per pane washed (1/inside 2/outside)- This includes:
washing the pane inside and out,
brushing the outside track, and brushing any bug
screens.
A pane is defined by one solid sheet
of glass. Some windows (single hung, double hung,
horizontal sliders, arcadia doors, combination windows)
have more the one pane in them.
$2 per screen washed - this includes removal of
the screen and washing with soap and water.

$2 per pane washed - This includes: Washing
the pane outside.

Other Services -
interior window tracks can be cleaned at
customer's request, and vary in price due to level of
soiling from .75-1.50
Chandeliers - vary in price due to size from

5-10

Our pricing is based on over 10 years in the window
cleaning industry. Most company's approach to
pricing window cleaning is to charge by the square
footage of the home. This inaccurate approach to
price assumes that every 2500 square foot home has the
same number of windows in it. These companies know
that there are homes with numerous windows per square
foot, and homes with very few windows per square foot.
But their hope is that this will all even out in the
end.
To give you as accurate an estimate as we can, and pass
as much saving on to you, we charge per pane.
Although our pricing is very precise, there are
occasional unknowns (especially with commercial window
cleaning) that cannot be accounted for, therefore final
price is determined at the time of the appointment.
